Former Students Coordinator

Up to 42 hours per week
We are recruiting for a Former Students’ Coordinator at Treloar Trust to liaise with former students. The Former Students Coordinator will work alongside our transition team in support for students leaving and follow up with former students for three years after they leave. Offering additional transition support post Treloar’s, to help improve outcomes and support for our alumni.
They will also follow up with former students at pre agreed intervals to gather quantitative and qualitative data to help compose destination reports as well as organising events such as Future Fest, Evening of Remembrance and Leavers Tea.
You must be a well organised, solution focussed individual with good IT skills and the ability to communicate with a range of people, particularly during and preparing for large/medium scale events and through the writing of reports. It is a requirement that you have a good general education up to level 3 and GCSE level 2 in Maths and English or equivalent is essential.
There is flexibility as to how the hours can be worked across the week and whether this could be a full year (52 weeks) or a term time only role.
