Treloar School & College in Holybourne, Alton provides education, care, therapy, medical support and independence training to physically disabled children and young people. Our aim is to prepare these young people for adult life, giving them the confidence and skills to achieve their full potential.
We seek to recruit Bank Care Workers / Zero hour Support Workers who are passionate about supporting physically disabled children and young people. These care roles include assisting the students in a residential setting, educational learning and life skills.
As Bank Care Support Worker you will receive;
- £11.62 per hour to £13.49 per hour
- Night Student Support Assistants receive a weekend night allowance on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday of £20 per night (in addition to hourly rate)
- Paid training
- Up to 5.6 weeks holiday pay

Key Bank Care Support Worker duties will include:
- Helping students with all aspects of daily living
- Assisting with nutritional and feedings requirements
- Assisting Students to achieve their goals
- Preparation of lesson materials
- Assisting with therapy programmes
- Helping with the maintenance of teaching aids
- Keeping records in line with regulatory requirements
- Personal care including washing, dressing and toileting
